The present invention relates to a ship having a frictional resistance reduction function in accordance with a rolling inclination angle comprising: a hull transferring a liquid; a first pipe installed in the hull in a direction from the hull to the liquid; a second pipe installed in the hull to be spaced from the first pipe; and a gas supply unit supplying a gas to the first pipe and the second pipe in the direction from the hull to the liquid to reduce friction generated between the hull and the liquid. According to the present invention, the present invention reduces an area where the hull comes in contact with the liquid in accordance with a rolling inclination angle in order to reduce frictional resistance to reduce costs required for operating the ship.
