Provided is a mass production method of tulip bulblets using embryogenic calluses derived from the tulip bulb tissue. In regards to a method for massively increasing tulip bulblets by using somatic embryos induced from embryogenic calluses derived from the tulip bulb tissue, the present invention relates to a method for massively increasing tulip bulblets; to the tulip bulblets produced by the method; and to a liquid culture medium composition to massively increasing embryogenic calluses derived from the tulip bulb tissue. The method for massively increasing tulip bulblets comprises the steps of (1) massively increasing embryogenic calluses derived from tulip bulb tissue in a liquid culture medium; and (2) culturing the massively increased embryogenic calluses in a solid culture medium to form bulblets by somatic embryogenesis. The liquid culture medium composition contains, as a useful ingredient, a Murashige & Skoog (MS) culture medium including 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and benzyl adenine (BA); or an MS culture medium including picloram and BA.
