摘要

The present invention discloses a resistive film based touch panel using a roll-to-roll gravure continuous process and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch panel of the present invention, by using a roll-to-roll gravure process, has: a lower electrode, wherein a first transparent electrode is printed on the upper surface of a first transparent substrate with a conductive polymer PEDOT using roll-to-roll gravure continuous process, a dot spacer is printed on the upper part of the first transparent electrode, and a potential compensation electrode and a wiring electrode are printed again; and an upper electrode, wherein a second transparent electrode a potential compensation electrode, and a wiring electrode are printed on a second transparent electrode with the PEDOT. The lower electrode and the upper electrode are coupled to each other, thereby largely reducing manufacturing costs and obtaining advantages of reductions in power consumption and errors from various sources. Since an ink dispersing in water is used rather than an etching process, an eco-friendly effect can be expected.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
