Disclosed are a system for providing connection information using identifier generation based on personal information, a method of providing connection information, and an apparatus therefor. The system for providing connection information using identifier generation based on personal information according to the present invention, comprises: an apparatus for providing connection information, which determines the validity of service information received from an apparatus for providing connection information and an apparatus for using the same, and transmits a shared key to the apparatus for providing connection information and the apparatus for using the same; an apparatus for providing connection information, which receives personal information and connection information from an apparatus for processing personal information of an organization for providing connection information, generates a connection identifier by using the shared key and the personal information, generates a connection full text including the connection identifier and the connection information, and transmits the connection full text to an apparatus for using connection information; and an apparatus for using connection information, which extracts the connection information and the connection identifier by decoding the connection full text, and transmits the connection information and the connection identifier to an apparatus for processing personal information of an organization for using connection information so that the connection information, the connection identifier and the personal information are mapped. The present invention is designed to prevent leakage of resident registration numbers at the time when a problem of leakage of personal information occurs by using a separate identifier generated by a field combination of personal information instead of resident registration numbers of users and to prevent the re-use of the leaked identifier by changing the identifier, thereby minimizing the damage caused by the leakage of the personal information.
