The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling the temperature of exhaust gas and the supply of a reducing agent in an SCR system, capable of constantly maintaining the temperature of exhaust gas received from an SCR reactor, optimizing the amount of a reducing agent received to the SCR reactor, and improving the efficiency of the exhaust gas of an nitrogenous compound. The apparatus for controlling the temperature of exhaust gas and the supply of a reducing agent in an SCR system according to the present invention comprises: an SCR reactor, a reducing agent supply device, a temperature sensor, a nitrogenous compound detecting sensor, a heat exchanger, and a control unit. The SCR reactor provides a space for performing a reduction reaction between the nitrogenous compound and the reducing agent in the exhaust gas. The reducing agent supply device supplies the reducing agent to the SCR reactor. The temperature sensor measures the temperature of the exhaust gas inputted to the SCR reactor. The nitrogenous compound detecting sensor detects the amount of the nitrogenous compound included in the exhaust gas exhausted from the SCR reactor. The heat exchange is positioned in the front end of the SCR reactor, increases/decreases the temperature of the exhaust gas exhausted from an engine based on a reference temperature. The control unit controls the heat exchanger so that the exhaust gas exhausted through the heat exchanger can have the reference temperature, and controls the amount of the reducing agent supplied to the SCR reactor from the reducing agent supply device.
