The present invention relates to a cartridge for measuring glycohemoglobin (HbA1c) in blood, which is applied to a diagnostic system for diagnosing diabetes by measuring HbA1c in blood used as a marker for the diagnosis of diabetes. The cartridge for measuring HbA1c in blood based on an aptamer according to the present invention can be applied to a point of care testing (POCT) system for measuring HbA1c in blood using a highly sensitive aptamer, which measures HbA1c in blood using a reagent prepared using an aptamer complex including a DNA aptamer that specifically recognizes HbA1c in blood as a marker for the diagnosis of diabetes, instead of a conventional method for measuring a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) product for the diagnosis of diabetes by electrophoresis or the like.
