The present invention provides a method for constructing a fruit storage comprising: a digging step; a step for placing a slab in the ground; a step for forming an underground space by a retaining wall below the slab; a step for forming a horizontal grid frame to be integrated with the slab for mounting a mesh net block in the slab placing step; a step for standing a vertical frame so as to form a wall above the slab; a step for forming the mesh net block; a step for filling the mesh net block with natural pumice stone; a step for filling the mesh net block from the upper end of the vertical frame; a step for mounting and fixing the horizontal grid frame in the upper end of the vertical frame; a step for mounting and fixing the mesh net block filled with the natural pumice stone (scoria) on the horizontal grid frame of a floor and a ceiling; a step for forming air injection nozzles in a plurality of places of the ceiling and the wall; a step for filing an underground floor with natural pumice stone; a step for forming an environment required for storage by providing hot air and cold air for an underground space; a step for forming a pipe for transferring an environment of the underground space for the storage; and a step for installing a sensor for sensing an environment of the storage in the wall and the ceiling of the storage. Therefore, provided is the method for constructing the fruit storage formed to store a fruit in a fresh state for a long period of time by providing an environment of an underground space for a storage by improving the environment of the underground space by operating a heater and a cooler by operations of a sensor of the storage.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
