The present invention relates to a grouting material for an environmentally-friendly underground well, and to an underground well grouting method using the same, having the purpose of preventing water contamination of underground water by using an environmentally-friendly material not polluting water quality of underground water such as bentonite, and preventing clogging of a feed pump and a feed pumping hose, while enabling construction of a firm grouting material by the natural material such as bentonite. The grouting material for an environmentally-friendly underground well according to the present invention comprises a main material which is one or more selected from a group including a certain particle size of bentonite, and grouts an underground well by properties of swelling after absorbing water; and a delayed-absorbable coating film coating the surface of the main material, and removed by being dissolved in water to grout by contact between the main material and water.
