The present invention relates to a real-time system for monitoring an automatic transmission quality, capable of monitoring the automatic transmission quality with cleansing oil in an automatic transmission assembly process line in real time. More specifically, when components (burn surface state or the like) of the automatic transmission are not in good conditions, in a process of progressing an oil cleansing process for removing foreign substances remained inside the automatic transmission completed in the automatic transmission assembly line, oil purity is affected. Therefore, provided are: a real-time system for monitoring an automatic transmission quality, capable of measuring the purity of cleansing oil for cleansing the inside of the automatic transmission in the automatic transmission assembly process line so as to manage the quality of the automatic transmission by monitoring the same in real time, and monitoring the automatic transmission quality in real time by using the results; and a real-time method for monitoring an automatic transmission quality.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
