The present invention relates to a primer set for the simultaneous detection of a virulence gene of microorganisms causing food poisoning, and a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a primer set ensuring the simultaneous detection of mapA, ceuE, cpe, ctx, glnA, tdh, bceT, ail, coa, his, iap, VT1, VT2, STh, and STp, which are virulence genes of microorganisms causing food poisoning. The present invention further relate to a use thereof. The primer set for the simultaneous detection of a virulence gene of microorganisms causing food poisoning is fast and easy to use, and also has high sensitivity and specificity. Thus, the primer set is effective in terms of detecting a virulence gene of microorganisms causing food poisoning.
