The present invention relates to a liquid separation apparatus using a siphon principle. According to the present invention, the solvent and the solute contained in the liquid are separated by using a fixation image consisting of a fiber or fabric and by the capillary phenomenon and the siphon principle or a specific solvent has an effect of selectively separating from multiple solvents.
