A wireless power transmission device comprises: an energy harvesting unit for converting idle energy generated in an automotive wheel into electric energy; a transmission source coil which is wound outside a rim of the automotive wheel, and transmits the electric energy received by the energy harvesting unit through magnetic induction; and a transmission resonance coil which is wound outside the rim of the automotive wheel, and wirelessly transmits the electric energy induced in the transmission source coil by resonating the electric energy through the magnetic resonance. Accordingly, energy usage efficiency can be increased by transmitting the idle energy generated in the automotive wheel to a device in need.
