The present invention relates to a method for stacking multi-temporal multiple aperture SAR interferometry (MAI) interferogram and a device thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to technology to extract surface displacement of an accurate satellite flying direction by stacking a multi-observed MAI interferogram to ultimately improve accuracy of three-dimensional surface displacement observation by using an image radar. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the multi-temporal MAI interferogram stacking device comprises: an interferogram generation unit; a residual phase interferogram generation unit; a stacked interferogram generation unit; and a stacked MAI interferogram acquirement unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
