A sleep inducing pillow comprises a head pillow, a neck pillow, and a shoulder pillow which are integrated into a single pillow and have different structures and shapes. The head pillow is a flat pillow having a hard filling material. The neck pillow is filled with an elastic filling material and has a shape of a double-headed drum having a thin middle portion and thick ends. The shoulder pillow has a flat shape and comprises supports for the shoulder blade and the spine which are filled with a soft texture and flexible filling material and have different thicknesses. The shoulder pillow is the largest and the head pillow is the smallest among the three pillows. The neck pillow is the thickest and the shoulder pillow is the thinnest among the three pillows. The shoulder pillow is the most flexible and the head pillow is the least flexible among the three pillows. The head pillow is the hardest and the shoulder pillow is the softest among the three pillows. The three pillows are integrated into one pillow by backstitching. Air passages (120-1) having distances of 1-3 cm are provided between the three pillows, and detachable fragrance containers are disposed on left and right ends of the neck pillow.
