The present invention provides a cloud investment system which comprises: a. a storage unit for storing company data registered in the cloud investment system; b. a storage unit for storing investor data registered in the cloud investment system; c. a process unit for processing data; and d. a control unit for controlling the storage unit and the process unit, and performs the following steps: an investor purchasing shares of a company participated for investment; writing a law document related to take-grant of shares of the company when the investment determines to purchase shares of the company; and registering and processing the law document related to take-grant of shares of the company.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
