Provided are a method of maintaining quality of service (QoS) of a host command in a multi-port and multi-function Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe) storage device and a system thereof. The method of maintaining QoS of a host command in a multi-port and multi-function PCIe storage device comprises: issuing a plurality of host commands to a PCIe storage device by at least one host device; fetching the issued host commands from a PCIe function command queue by a command arbiter and fetch module; storing the host commands fetched to an internal memory of the PCIe storage device; retrieving the fetched host commands by a QoS checker module; and calculating resource distribution based on the retrieved host commands and payload information to maintain QoS of the host commands.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
