The present invention relates to a server method and a system recommending a post in linkage with an app store and a timeline. The computer-implemented service method includes the steps of: providing an app store service and storing and maintaining the user information registered for the app store service and friend information of the users having personal relationships formed there-between; selecting one application among the applications available at the app store through the app store service in order to provide a post uploading function for the users; exposing an uploaded post targeting the application on the users timeline; applying a weight value to the post not exposed on the users timeline according to the nature of each post in order to rank the private post; and exposing the ranked post on the users timeline.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
