The present invention relates to an endotracheal intubation tube and an endotracheal intubation system determining whether a tube inserted for obtaining a respiratory tract of a patient is accurately inserted or is falsely inserted into the oesophagus. The endotracheal intubation tube compriss: a tube body inserted into a respiratory tract of a patient; an electrode arranged on the surface of the tube body or a cuff, and flowing a current to the oesophagus or respiratory tract according to the insertion position; and a sensor measuring the change in pressure applied to the tube body by the stimulation of the electrode.
