The present invention relates to a stent for endovascular treatment of a cerebral aneurysm, which can prevent the escape of a coil inserted into a cerebral aneurysm formed around a branched blood vessel area with a single stent. The stent for endovascular treatment of a cerebral aneurysm comprises: a tube-shaped main body formed in a mesh structure; and a barrier mesh which is formed in one end portion of the main body and formed in a predetermined mesh pattern so as to prevent the escape of a coil fastened to an aneurysm that is formed in a location branched from a parent blood vessel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
