The present invention relates to a target DNA detecting biosensor using bimetal nanodendrite coated with gold and silver having surface-enhanced Raman scattering activity, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the biosensor to detect the target DNA is manufactured using bimetal nanodendrite coated with gold and silver having surface-enhanced Raman scattering activity, thereby having excellent sensitivity and stability of a Raman signal; and when the biosensor is used in target DNA detection, having excellent target DNA detecting effect with a simple and economical method.
