摘要

The present invention relates to a long-fiber nonwoven fabric preform comprising a long-fiber web layer discontinuously oriented in a random direction, and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the long-fiber nonwoven fabric preform comprises: a first nonwoven fabric; a long-fiber web layer discontinuously oriented in a random direction on the first nonwoven fabric; and a second nonwoven fabric stacked onto the long-fiber web layer. The long-fiber nonwoven fabric preform has improved isotropy and physical properties by having the long-fiber web layer which is discontinuously orienting in a random direction. By manufacturing a composite material comprising the long-fiber nonwoven fabric preform having the effects above, a composite material having enhanced physical properties such as high strength, strong hardness, impact resistance, etc., while being light-weight can be provided.
