Provided is a foot bathing appliance having a drying function after foot bathing, which comprises: an external container for foot bathing; an internal container integrally formed with the external container for foot bathing within the external container for foot bathing; a foot support put on the floor of the internal container for foot bathing to support the foots of a user; a foot bath water circulation unit sucking foot bath water within the internal cylinder for foot bathing and spraying foot bath water to the foot soles of the user to circulate the foot bath water; a draining unit draining the foot bath water within the internal container for foot bathing; and a drying unit spraying air into air blowing tube to dry the foots of the user after the foot bath water within the internal container for foot bathing is drained, thereby spraying the air into the air blowing tube on both sides of the internal container for foot bathing to rapidly dry the foots of the user after the foot bath water within the internal container for foot bathing is drained, making it unnecessary to dry the foots of the user separately after the foot bathing, and preventing falling accidents due to moisture remaining on the foots.
