The present invention relates to a three-dimensional gaze tracking method using binocular gaze information, and a system using the same. The tracking method of the present invention comprises the following steps: obtaining conversion information which can obtain a gaze position of a user from gaze information of the user with respect to a plurality of objects which have different distances from the user; obtaining binocular gaze information of the user who gazes at one object; individually obtaining the binocular gaze difference with respect to each of the objects by using the binocular gaze information; and comparing the gaze difference with respect to each of the objects to determine the object which indicates a minimum value as the object gazed by the user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
