The present invention relates to a calcium phosphate bone cement composition comprising a magnetic nanoparticle, to a manufacturing method thereof, and to a kit for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the calcium phosphate bone cement composition comprising a small amount of a magnetic nanoparticle exhibits excellent cell adhesive properties, and exhibits excellent physical strength and biocompatibility. Therefore, the composition can be efficiently used as a bone filler and a bone substitute by increasing a regeneration speed of the bone on the desired portion in the body in a safe and effective manner. The calcium phosphate bone cement composition formed in a powder phase and a liquid phase comprises 0.01 to 3 wt% of magnetic nanoparticle with respect to the total weight of the powder phase.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
