The present invention relates to a medical device set for optical fiber laser ablation and photodynamic treatment and a cancer treatment method using the same, wherein existing radiation treatment, which requires a surgical operation and expensive equipment and accompanies serious side effects, can be replaced by combining laser ablation with a photodynamic treatment method using methylene blue nanoparticles. The medical device set includes an optical fiber probe for laser ablation and the methylene blue nanoparticles.
