The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases or immunological diseases, comprising a GA733-2-Fc protein extracted from a plant, and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to a composition comprising a GA733-2-Fc protein derived from a plant, wherein the composition alleviates inflammatory diseases or immunological diseases, and controls activated immune cells which are abnormally activated.
