Disclosed is a filament for a three dimensional printer using a biodegradable resin such as polylactic acid or the like. The filament for a three dimensional printer using a biodegradable resin can solve a whiteness problem by omitting a separate process for adding white pigment or dye in order to process a white filament depending on the use of the biodegradable resin, and secure excellent mechanical properties such as high impact strength or the like. In addition, the present invention relates to a filament for a three dimensional printer by extruding and cooling a biodegradable resin composition, wherein the biodegradable resin composition comprises: (A) 50 to 99.5 wt% of a biodegradable resin having crystals; and (B) 0.5 to 50 wt% of an amorphous resin.
