The present invention relates to a biodegradable resin composition for a 3d printer filament and to a 3d printer filament having excellent flexibility and impact resistance using the same, wherein the melting point peak temperature of the resin made from the biodegradable resin composition for the 3D printer filament is 100 to 150C and the melt flow index is 2 to 10 g/10 min at 190C and 2.16 kg. The filament manufactured from the biodegradable resin for the 3D printer filament manufactured from the present invention is superior in impact resistance, flexibility and biodegradability to conventional filaments, and can be applied to the fields of daily life, industrial use and medical use.
