The present invention provides an apparatus for enabling a female user to collect a cervical sample by herself for human papilloma virus examination. The apparatus for enabling a female user to collect a cervical sample by herself includes: a tube which has an open end portion and a closed end portion and provides an inner space in which a finger is inserted to be inserted into a vagina of the female user; a collection unit which is provided to an outer layer of the closed end portion of the tube and collects a sample of a cervical area; and a turner which turns the tube inside out to locate the collection unit in the tube and thus prevents the collection unit, which has collected the sample of the cervical area, from being contaminated by external contaminants. The turner may include a flow channel which forms a sample moving path to provide the sample to a diagnosis apparatus.
