The present invention relates to a method for sensing an output current of a DC-DC converter and a device thereof. The method comprises: a voltage detecting step of calculating an output voltage of a differential amplifier and transferring the output voltage to a converter protection control device; and an output current calculating step of enabling the converter protection control device to calculate an output current of a DC-DC converter.
