IMPROVED MULCHING APPARATUS FOR FILM WITH SEED

The present invention relates to a seed film mulching apparatus installed in the rear end of an agricultural machine such as a riding and mulching apparatus, a rice-planting machine, a tractor, a cultivator, or a farm master. The seed film mulching apparatus comprises: a frame equipped in the rear end of the agricultural machine; a seed film mounting part on which a seed film is wound, and installed to be rotated on the frame; a seed film pressing part installed on the lower part of the seed film mounting part and pressing and pushing down the seed film spread on the ground of a farmland from an upper surface; a seed film spreading part equipped between the seed film mounting part and the seed film pressing part based on a direction of unwinding the seed film, and in a form of a roller of spreading the seed film; a seed film fixing part in a form of a wheel for fixing by pressing the seed film pressed at a predetermined distance away from the rear side of the seed film pressing part, from the upper surface; and a tongs combine cutter part fixed to and installed on the frame between the seed film pressing part and the seed film fixing part, cutting and separating the seed film by a separate device, or holding and storing the cut seed film. According to the present invention, in a dry rice paddy, as the seed film is fixed by using soil scattered from a soil scattering part on which a soil scattering blade installed in the front is mounted, the seed film can be smoothly mulched even in the dry rice paddy. Even in a wetted rice paddy, as operations of a soil scattering part is stopped, the seed film is smoothly mulched and fixed in not only the dry rice paddy but also the wetted rice paddy.
