The present invention relates to a dual-cell module and a Caenorhabditis elegans model system for measuring the transition of protein aggregates to neurons. More specifically, the transformed cell and animal model system can express the fusion proteins of -synuclein proteins as well as the N- terminus and C-terminus of fluorescent proteins. The present invention relates to a continuous cell-to-cell transition measuring method of the -synuclein aggregates and a method for screening a substance for treatment and prevention of neurodegenerative diseases.
