According to an embodiment of the present invention, a photodynamic therapy patch for individual use includes: a film layer made of a light transmitting material; a blackout layer which is attached and fixated to an upper side of the film layer to be capable of being removed; a treating agent layer which is a gel phase, is applied to a lower side of the film layer, and has a surface coming in contact with an affected area; and a light blocking gel layer which is formed on an outline of the treating agent layer and prevents light from being transmitted to the treating agent layer. The blackout layer can be removed when photodynamic therapy is performed. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the photodynamic therapy patch for individual use which can be attached directly to an affected area without entering a dark chamber for photodynamic therapy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
