According to the present invention, a lower structure of a unit module enables a column and a base structure of a modular house to be coupled to each other. The lower structure of a unit module comprises: a column unit supporting a load of the house; the base structure supporting the load of the house transmitted through the column from a lower portion of the column unit; a plurality of first steel bars of which one side is buried in a body of the base structure and the other side protrudes to the outside of the body to a predetermined length; a plurality of second steel bars of which one side is buried in the body of the base structure and the other side protrudes to the outside of the body; and the coupling structure comprising a predetermined injection hole having the steel bar insertion holes. The present invention improves convenience and precision in construction of the lower structure of the unit module.
