A MIMO antenna system for a wireless terminal for improving an envelope correlation coefficient (ECC) according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises: a grounding unit for allowing an antenna to be grounded on a main PCB substrate; a first antenna unit located at a lower end of the grounding unit; a second antenna unit located at a right end of the grounding unit; and at least one from either an adjusted phase matching circuit connected to the first antenna unit or an extensive transmission line connected to the second antenna unit. Therefore, the present invention induces a phase shift between multi-antenna devices by using the adjusted phase matching circuit and the extensive transmission line for improving the ECC, and thus an overlapped amplitude between radiation patterns is effectively minimized, thereby securing favorable properties of the ECC in a low-frequency band, in which securing a property is impossible, and allowing to be easily applicable to a wireless terminal, so as to provide a MIMO antenna system for a wireless terminal having a stabilized MIMO antenna system.
