The present invention relates to a method for predicting physical size of an infant through an anogenital distance (AGD) of the infant and, more specifically, to a method for predicting one or more physical sizes among height, weight, and head girth of an infant through the AGD, and a method for predicting whether an infant is a preterm infant or not. The present invention also discovered that the AGD is related to height, weight, and head girth of an infant. Therefore, the AGD has a value not as a prediction of preterm birth, but as an anthropometry of an infant.
