According to a method and an apparatus for measuring the quantum efficiency and conversion efficiency of a solar cell with a single light source, when the conversion efficiency of the solar cell is measured, light emitted from a light source passes through a shutter and a collimating lens and is irradiated with constant intensity to the solar cell. When the quantum efficiency of the solar cell is measured, the light emitted from the light source is reflected by a reflecting mirror to pass through a spectroscope, a chopper, and an optical lens, and is irradiated to the solar cell. According to the present invention, all the quantum efficiency and conversion efficiency of the solar cell can be measured by the single light source. Thereby, the size of a measuring apparatus can be small. So, apparatus cost or efficiency can be greatly increased.
