According to a method and an apparatus for measuring the quantum efficiency and conversion efficiency of a solar cell with a single light source, when the conversion efficiency of the solar cell is measured, light emitted from a light source passes through a shutter and a collimating lens and is irradiated with constant intensity to the solar cell.
