A spudcan of a jack-up rig and a vessel or offshore structure having the same are disclosed. The spudcan of the jack-up rig, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a spud body which is coupled to the bottom end of a leg to be supported to a sea bottom in the bottom end of the leg arranged in the hull to be lifted to support the hull; a wedge part which is formed inside the spud body to be recessed under the bottom surface of the spud body and is stuck in the sea bottom; and a wedge moving unit which is formed in the spud body to move the wedge member.
