The present invention relates to a real time visualization electronic warfare simulation system and a method thereof which can simulate a situation when an aircraft encounters a missile without an error, in case the aircraft encounters the missile among frames. The real time visualization electronic warfare simulation system according to the present invention includes: a location calculation part (13) which calculates a location coordinate of the aircraft (F) and the missile (M) by frame according to a display frame rate; a display part (14) which visualizes motion according to the location coordinate of the aircraft (F) and the missile (M) by frame; a fine tracking part (15) which samples the location of the aircraft (F) and the missile (M) by dividing the display frame rate into plural intervals between a frame judged to be smaller than a danger distance as exceeding a proximity fuze explodable maximum distance (r) and a frame next to the same in case a relative distance of the aircraft (F) and the missile (M) exceeds the proximity fuze explodable maximum distance (r) of the missile (M) and is smaller than the danger distance; and a control part (16) which processes that the missile (M) is exploded, if the relative distance of the aircraft (F) and the missile (M) sampled by the fine tracking part (15) is smaller than the explodable maximum distance of a proximity fuze.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
