The present invention relates to a server and a system for processing log-in, control methods thereof, a recording medium for recording a program for executing the control methods, and an application stored in the recording medium for executing the control methods by being combined with hardware. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system comprises a service server and a relay server. The service server provides a log-in page for use of a service for a terminal of a user, and when a log-in information signal including a log-in ID and a random password arbitrarily selected at a point of time by the user is received from the terminal on which the log-in page is displayed, extracts a telephone number of the user corresponding to the log-in information signal, transmits the extracted telephone number and the random password to the relay server, and when a user authentication signal is received from the relay server, processes log-in for the log-in ID. The relay server transmits the random password to a terminal whose user is confirmed and which corresponds to the telephone number received from the service server after the telephone number and the random password are received from the service server, and when a password confirmation signal is received from the terminal whose user is confirmed, transmits a user authentication signal to the service server.
