The present invention relates to a system and a method for evaluating a company value, and more particularly, to a system and a method for evaluating a company value by using financial information extracted from financial statements and presenting investment strategies. The system for evaluating the company value comprises: an information collection unit which collects financial information of companies; a factor extraction unit which extracts, from the financial information, factors for evaluating an operating profit, investment safety, and a stock price of each of the companies; a factor analysis unit which generates a chart indicating a variation in figures of the extracted factors according to a period, gives scores according to the figures, and calculates an operating profit score, an investment safety score, and a stock-price undervalued rate score; and an investment strategy analysis unit which gives weighted values to the operating profit score, the investment safety score, and the stock-price undervalued rate score, adds the weighted scores, and calculates an investment score by converting an investment value of each of the companies into figures.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
