PURPOSE: To provide a system that can properly determine whether the evaluation about action and ability of a person or the evaluation being carried out with respect to a value of a company or an article (artifact or natural material) itself is reasonable or credible, and a system that can determine the relevance or credibility of the evaluation ability of a valuator performing such evaluation.CONSTITUTION: A system comprises: an evaluation items recording part for associating each evaluation item of multiple evaluation items contained in multiple evaluation groups with at least one of "relationship of the same level" and "relationship of the dissimilar level", and recording it; and a rank determination part for determining whether an evaluation numerical value of each evaluation item in evaluation results by a valuator satisfies "relationship of the same level" and/or "relationship of the dissimilar level".
