The present invention relates to a method and a server for providing a regular charge payment service, the method removing problems expected by storing information of a payment card used for a regular charge payment in an external server, thereby further reinforcing security for card information. According to an embodiment, the method for providing regular charge payment service by a card company server, which is connected to an affiliate shop server with regular payments needed to be processed through a network, includes the steps of: transmitting, to a user terminal, a card information registration request of the payment card, which is a payment means for the regular charge payment service; receiving payment card information from the user terminal; transmitting a virtual key corresponding to the payment card information to an affiliate shop server; receiving, from the affiliate shop server, an approval-free purchase request for a regular charge by using the virtual key; and processing a purchase for the regular charge with the payment card information corresponding to the virtual key.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
