The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing and control of a non-standardized work according to changes of a business performing pattern in response to continuous increase of non-standardized work requiring creativeness, analysis and decision. More particularly, when a next generation work management system (WMS), completely different from an inefficient business processing method using a conventional e-mail or electronic approval system, is used in a non-standardized business process, the system enables a business administrator to monitor all processes provided by the system and to change the corresponding process and/or business participants by monitoring bottleneck and/or the business participants causing bottleneck for each process selected based on metadata. Accordingly, an online environment to replace a business management method mainly performed though e-mails is provided, thereby managing systematically all business handling processes from a business planning to a performing schedule, a communication history, a decision making process and accumulation/sharing of the final product. The system comprises a first user terminal, a second user terminal and a server including a business definition database, a cooperation process definition database and a social network database.
