Disclosed is a support method to increase the efficiency of delivery work for a deliverer and protecting personal information of a consignee about an item delivered through a distribution system. The distribution delivery support method using augmented reality includes: a step of optically recognizing an encrypted identification code placed on the surface of the delivered item; a step of obtaining distribution delivery support information related with the encrypted identification code; and a step of combining the distribution delivery support information with the delivered item through augmented reality to display the information.
