The present invention relates to a functional portable device for breast protection using a combination of a light source and vibration. The device enables the combined vibration and a light source to touch a breast part of a woman to conveniently relieve knotted breast muscles, and enables a mother to easily relive mastitis after birth, so as to relieve mastitis for protecting the health of the mother, and to smoothen breast feeding. The device of the present invention for the same comprises: a vibrator generating vibration, and a light generator generating a light source inside a housing of the portable device; a pad adhesion part loosening breast muscles; a control circuit part controlling the vibrator and the light generator; and a chargeable power part supplying power to each internal circuit.
