Disclosed are a three-dimensional image sensor module and an electronic apparatus including a three-dimensional image sensor module. The three-dimensional image sensor module according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a shutter driver for generating a driving voltage from loss-compensated recycling energy to a sine wave biased with a first bias voltage; an optical shutter for performing modulation to two or more optical modulation signals with different phases by causing a degree of transmission of reflected light reflected from a subject to vary depending on the driving voltage; and an image generating unit for generating three-dimensional image data with respect to the subject including depth information calculated based on a phase difference of the two or more optical modulation signals.
