The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of egg yolk liquid for selective medium in order to detect Bacillus cereus, which does not cause environmental problems in a manufacturing process, shows an equivalent or detecting effect without a contamination problem in comparison with egg yolk liquid unknown with respect to a manufacturing method while being currently commercially available, and has a competitive price. The manufacturing method of egg yolk liquid for selective medium in order to detect Bacillus cereus comprises the steps of: (a) separating egg yolk from bird′s eggs; (b) manufacturing an aqueous-phase emulsion by adding water as dispersion medium into the separated egg yolk; and (c) irradiating the radiation to the aqueous-phase emulsion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
