The present invention relates to a build-up welding method to improve the surface properties of a material. The material comprises: a base layer which is casted by carbon steel and forms the outer layer of a product; a first layer which is formed to come in contact with the outer surface layer of the base layer and is made of an SUS 309 material; a second layer which is formed to come in contact with the surface of the first layer and is made of Inconel 825 material (CW8MC); and a third layer which is formed to come in contact with one side of the second layer and is made of Inconel 825 material.
