The present invention is to provide a method for linking a web application for managing a customer and a telephone exchange system which enables a user to search and display easily and conveniently customer information by improving a browser function and search function by adding a program developed by an outsourcing developer to a basic function of an existing customer management web application webpage in the customer management web application web page using an document object model by a browser extension function. The method comprises a step of (A) receiving one or more attribute in a DOC (Document Object Model) tree structure using a web page environment configuration; (B) searching the customer information with an attribute value (CID(a telephone number)) which is transferred from an exchange equipment to the browser extension function; and (C) displaying the customer information on a web page of the user by performing a telephone connection based on the attribute value through the exchange equipment such that the attribute value is transferred and searched from the exchange equipment to the browser extension function when the user receives a telephone call.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
